We guarantee the Best Price, up front, the first time we meet. If another local retailer (up to 75 miles away) were to advertise a lower price within 30 days, on the same in-stock brand and model, after verification, we will gladly beat that price. This guarantee does not apply to any competitors’ website pricing, offers including financing, packages/bundling of items, free or bonus offers, pricing errors, installation or rebate offers. It is also not applicable to close outs, one of a kind, limited quantity, out of stock, open box or refurbished items.
If the customer is seeking a return, they must keep the mattress for 30 days from the date of delivery in order to adjust to the new feel. If they still want to return it after the 30 days, they must let Jeff Lynch know within 7 days after the 30 day period. Customer will be given a store credit less 10% restocking fee. They can select another mattress and be charged any applicable delivery fee plus any increase in cost between the original and the replacement mattress.
Customer should examine their furniture carefully upon delivery. Damages and imperfections are serviced under the manufacturer's warranty. If the customer is seeking a return due to preference, they must contact their salesperson within 7 days of delivery. At that time the salesperson will assist the customer in selecting a replacement piece. The customer will be charged any applicable delivery fee plus any increase in cost between the original and the replacement product. All special orders have a 25% non-refundable deposit. All one-of-a-kind, clearance items are non-returnable.
